Anthony H. Otokito is the Club's President following from last AGM in May 2021. Tony is a Chartered Certified Accountant (Fellow of the ACCA) with years of experience as Group Finance Manager and professional Auditor. He’s had over 25 years of working experience within the UK public sector, specialising in public sector VAT/taxes and funding of Capital Investment Programmes. Tony has numerous years of working closely with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) on Taxation & VAT matters, having been lead officer on these matters on behalf of his Authority.
Currently, Anthony is Executive Director of London-based Finance Consultancy firm, KitCrest Consulting, which specialises in Taxes/VAT and advising on funding streams for capital programmes/projects. Tony is also presently; Anthony is married to Florence, Chineze Otokito (Nee Rapu), a qualified Medical Secretary with years of working within the UK NHS.
Anthony & Florence have four children, all commendably successful young graduates and each working with British household names within the Banking industry, TV broadcasting, Architectural sector and Media Communications. Steve Benamaisia BA, Msc, CQSW |
Steve Benamaisia is presently the Club's Treasurer. He is a senior Probation Officer with over 15 years experience of working within Criminal Justice System. He currently works with London Probation Service, which is part of the Ministry of Justice National Offenders Management Service (NOMS). Steve is currently based in the London Borough of Greenwich.
Steve is also the current Chairman of the Ijaw National Congress Europe Chapter (INCE). INC-Worldwide, with Head Office in Bayelsa State Nigeria, is the umbrella body for all Ijaw organisations worldwide. It has chapter organs based both in London UK and in North America.
Steve is married to Nkem and they have five children. Steve is a keen sportsman with passionate interest in football, Tennis, Squash and football. His other interest include travelling and reading. |

Ken Barber is an automobile Engineer and the proprietor/Managing Director of a well known Auto workshop in the Walthamstow area of London, Ken Autos. He is married to Dorothy, a Secretary/PA in the Diplomatic Corps.

Dr Boma Douglas MSc PhD |
Dr Boma Douglas is the Club's Welfare Co-Ordinator. He is a Chartered Energy Engineer, with Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Environmental Engineering. His background is in Civil Engineering and Project Supervision. He is the CEO of Doxxy Energy Consultancy Limited and a Past Chair of the Central Association of Nigerians in the UK (CANUK). He was the past Chair Energy Institute, London & Home Counties Branch and a former Board Member of the El Governing Council. He had previously worked with the NHS as Energy Manager and with W.S. Atkins as Energy Efficiency Engineer.
Dr Douglas is a Patron of Nollywoods UK ZAAFA and former President Rivers Association of River State Communities in the UK (ARCUK). He is married to June, a Humanistic counsellor and Lawyer. She holds Master of Law and Fellowship of Chartered Management Institute. Mrs. June Douglas is the Chair Board of Trustees Lifelong Family Links, a Charity for Children and young people with special needs in Lambeth and Southwark. She is the CEO of Pamela Douglas Foundation Worldwide [PDFW]. June is the President of Kalabari Central Organisation [KCO], She was Secretary of Parochial Church Council [PCC] and a Safeguarding Officer of St Mary Newington Church, Kennington London. She was also the Chair of Parents Advisory Group [PAG] of London Borough of Lambeth and a former Treasurer of CANUK.

Reverend Francis Apanari |
Reverend Francis Apanari is the Club's PRO (Public Relation Officer)/General Secretary. He is a retired Telecommunication Engineer currently self employed in the Executive Transit Industry.
His hobbies include regular swimming, listening to music, dancing, travelling an avid football fanatic and loves to play table tennis.
He is also currently the President of IPA (Ijaw People's association of Great Britain and Ireland). |

Robert Igonibo Awoloye-Kio (RIP 16/7/21) LLB(Hon) MBA Late Robert was a Senior Consultant of Work Advice Limited Club Note: Our dear Lontar colleague and Friend for over 30 years, Lontarian Robert, suddenly passed on to the other side of the universe on 16th July 2020. Robert Kio was a solicitor of the Supreme Court. He was formerly the Senior Partner in the firms of Awoloye Kio & Co and Anthony and Robert.
Bob was also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and a Member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA). Bob runs a consultancy in Employment Law & Employee Relations to Not-for-Profit Organisations. Bob and Rose are married with four children. Rose is a Quantity Surveyor.
Bob's vocational interests includde travelling, reading and playing squash. He was a broadly-minded socialite who enjoyed good quality debates on contemporary issues with persons of like mind. |

Edwin Inemo Ndaliki |
Edwin Ndaliki is a Founding member of the Club. He has, over the years, played various valued roles within the club. Inemo is an IT Professional with keen interest in exploring Solar Energy applications.
Edwin is married to Biodomoye, a former Air hostess and currently a Housing Professional. Edwin vocational interest, include community work, youth support, swimming and messing about with IT products. |

Se-Alabo Dag Claude-Wilcox is a former Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the Democratic Republic of Congo. Dag has since transferred his professional diplomatic skills to Public/Government consultancy work. Se-Alabo Dag is now a Patron of the club. Bros Dag was formally installed as Chief & Paramount Head of the Wilcox Major House of Grand Bonny Kingdom in the Rivers State of Nigerian in April 2008. He has since relocated from London with his family and is currently largely based at Bonny, Nigeria.
Ambassador Dag and wife, Princess Elsie Lolo (daughter of the current King Jaja of Opobo) were for years very active members of the club. Princess Lolo, a professional Financial auditor, sadly passed away in late 2012, a devastating blow to all the families affected and, of course, to the London Tari Club. May her soul continue to rest in perfect peace. Bros Dag is an avid collector of jazz music recordings; a keen fan of Arsenal Football Club; takes particular interest in the work of the United Nations; loves reading, with particular interest in World war history and the biography of political leaders of the world. |
